Annual picnic held in Griffith Park on September 14, 2010 with Frank Scott, Senior Manager of Education at The Autry National Center as Guest Speaker. Double click on images to enlarge:




































This picture of the Autry National Center was taken following the picnic. Susan, Peter and I took up Mr. Franks offer to "come on down the road." We had no problem using our docent status to get in free.

The docents from the Saint Louis Museum of Art hosted this year’s symposium. The entire 4 days were superbly organized and most enjoyable. The pre-symposium events, the opening events, the break out sessions, the offsite workshops, the pre and post tours, the food and the first class hotel (The Ritz Carlton) were outstanding! End of the Docent Roundtable at the Natural History Museum

 Due to the recent classification of docent volunteers into active and inactive volunteers and several active DRT members requesting and becoming emeritus, at the DRT meeting of March 28, 2022, after much discussion the DRT Board voted to dissolve the Docent Round Table as of July 1, 2023.
